FIELD: production of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants for barrel and rocket systems. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants finding application in the barrel and rocket systems. The offered stabilizing agent of chemical resistance of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants represents the chemical compound of 2.2.4-trimethylsubstituted 1.2- dihydroquinoline, being 2.2.4 - trimethyl - 1.2-dihydroquinoline, 6-hydroxy-2.2.4-trimethyl-1.2- dihydroquinoline, 6-ethoxy-2.2.4 - trimethyl - 1.2-dihydroquinoline, 8-hydroxy-2.2.4-trimethyl-1.2- dihydroquinoline or 8-methoxy -2.2.4- trimethyl -1.2- dihydroquinoline. The invention also offered a method of treatment of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants with application of the indicated stabilizing agent of chemical resistance. Introduction of one of the indicated compounds in composition of the nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants in amount of 0.1-10 % from their masses ensures production of the required chemical resistance of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants without transformation of the used indicated compounds into toxic products. At that the invention allows to achieve an increase of a flame-extinguishing factor and ballistic characteristics. Besides implementation of the compounds of 2.2.4- trimethyl substituted 1.2-tetrahydroquinolines family in treatment of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants ensures advanced light-and thermal resistance of treated materials and promotes inhibition of processes of their radical oxidation and improvement of ecology. EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the required chemical resistance of nitrocellulose blasting powders and solid rocket-propellants without their transformation in toxic elements, improvement of their flame-extinguishing factor, ballistic characteristics and safe ecology. 2 cl, 5 ex
