FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of spherical powders for construction and assembly cartridges. Spherical powder for construction and assembly cartridges is obtained using a powder mass made from pyroxylin based on linen cellulose with a volume concentration of nitrogen oxide of not less than 212.0 ml NO/g, nitroglycerine, ethyl acetate, bound graphite, water, centralite, diphenylamine and sodium sulphate. Components are contained in the following ratio, wt.%: nitroglycerine 28.0–30.0; centralite 0.2–1.1; diphenylamine 0.2–1.0; bound graphite 0.2–0.4; ethyl acetate – not more than 0.5; moisture 0.2–0.6; sodium sulphate – not more than 0.5; pyroxylin based on linseed cellulose with volume concentration of nitrogen oxide of not less than 212.0 ml NO/g – the rest.
EFFECT: implementation of purpose and requirements to spherical powder for construction and assembly cartridges are provided.
