FIELD: special-destination fluids. SUBSTANCE: water-based concentrate for testing hydraulic systems of main lining and other hydraulic equipment with simultaneous preservation contains, wt %: mineral oil 25-35, isopropyl alcohol 7-10, triethanolamine 0.1-0.5, sodium benzoate or borax 0.16-0.70, potassium and/or sodium tallate 37-45, and triethanolamine tallate 5-10. Aqueous hydraulic liquid contains 19-25% of such concentrate. EFFECT: increased stability and compatibility of water-emulsion fluids without loss in anticorrosive, preservative, and lubricating properties. 2 cl, 2 tbl
