SUBSTANCE: concentrate comprises, mas. %: alkaline salt of naphthenic acids and/or tallow oil, 5.0-12.0; triethanol amine salt of naphthenic acids and/or tallow oil, 2.5-5.0; triethanolamine, 1.0-1.3; sodium sulfonate, 4.0-12.0; oxyethylated isononyl phenol having 6 oxyethylene groups, 1.5-2.5; water, 1.0-3.5; extract of phenol purification of distillates having low viscosity, up to 100. Desired concentrate has high stability at low temperature and produces stable emulsions by mixing with water, while it retains high anticorrosive and high lubrication properties.
