Abstract RU 2229842 C2

FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: perception of sounds is carried out simultaneously from two sections in organ's or organs' projection with the help of separately designed acoustic tracts supplied with self-contained heads. In case of survey auscultation apparatus' heads should be replaced left-hand and right-hand along symmetric lines of patient's body surface. In case of topic auscultation one head should be placed either in organ's projection or in projection of pathological focus, and the second head - beyond its limits, and constantly heads should be brought nearer till the appearance of sounds there being different from each other if located side by side. In case of dynamic auscultation to detect disorders in process succession in an organ the heads should be replaced along the projection of anatomical axis of corresponding organ: bronchi, trachea or intestine. The method enables to increase reliability of auscultation results. EFFECT: improved efficiency of diagnostics and therapy. 4 ex
