FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: presented invention refers to medicine, namely pulmonology. An auscultatory diagnostics uses a stereomicrosthetoscope according to the patent RU 2423916. A pulmonary comparative percussion is used for approximate localisation of a clear resonance and a sound dullness; a first head of the stereomicrosthetoscope is located four intercostal spaces up from a junction of the clear resonance to the dullness; a second head of the stereomicrosthetoscope is placed at a height of one intercostal space down the first one, and the patient is asked to draw two deep breathes; then the second head of the stereomicrosthetoscope is sequentially brought one intercostal space down along the used topographical line until bronchial respiration observed, and a junction is recorded. The second head of the stereomicrosthetoscope is lowered until vesicular respiration falls suddenly. Whereas the second head of the stereomicrosthetoscope moves, the first head of the stereomicrosthetoscope keeps in place; and in each following position of the second head of the stereomicrosthetoscope, the respiration is examined for two deep breathes.
EFFECT: using the invention enables accuracy and reduces the time of diagnosing, provides a possibility of early diagnosing.
