FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing biomaterials, namely, to implants used for filling defects in bone. Phosphate cement comprises a dry mixture and collagen-containing bioapatite. Dry mixture contains dicalcium phosphate, tetracalcium phosphate, sodium hydrocarbonate, magnesium carbonate and potassium fluoride and components are taken in the definite quantitative ratio. Cement comprises, wt.-%: dry mixture, 67.8-70.2; composition collagen-containing bioapatite, 29.8-32.0. Cement provides technical parameters of implant corresponding by the composite to inorganic component of osseous tissue. EFFECT: valuable properties of cement. 2 tbl, 5 ex
