FIELD: medicine-destination materials. SUBSTANCE: phosphate cement appropriate for filling bone cavities contains dicalcium phosphate, tetracalcium phosphate, and additionally sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium oxide, and sulfuric acid, all taken in specified proportions. Cement allows: filling various-origin hollows and holes in living bone; creating and maintaining in bone, in the region of bone injury, physicochemical conditions for intensive regeneration; providing mutual enhancement of therapeutic effect of some constituents and complexes of composition as well as biologically active compounds excreted from body; preventing damaging action of external mechanical loadings on bone tissue reparative generation processes; and providing body building material and matrixes for bone tissue involved in regeneration process. EFFECT: minimized difference between contents of principal cement and bone cations and avoided need of grinding starting components. 2 tbl, 5 ex
