FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has boot toe fixing device and boot heel fixing device, which is provided with crank-slide mechanism with pivotal rhombs, with one end of said mechanism being pivotally fixed on boot and other end on sportive equipment. Ends of outer arms of pivotal rhombs are pivotally connected to slides positioned on guides, each of guides being fixed, respectively, on boot and on sportive equipment perpendicular to their longitudinal axes. EFFECT: increased efficiency in use and reduced trauma hazard of fastening owing to eliminating of transverse twisting of boot heel relative to boot toe rigidly fixed on sportive equipment, and reduced loading of sportsman's talocrural articulation. 7 cl, 4 dwg
