SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of sports footwear, namely skates. The skates with boots, comprising boots (1) with the attached skates (2), which have the shortened front part of the platform (3), and the boots with a sole having a recess (4) at the level of the toes form a kind of cavity for free stoop and stretch of toes. The outer side of the sole in the region of the recess forms a bulge extending beyond the lower level of the front platform of the skate (3).
EFFECT: opportunity of free and natural work of toes in the process of physical activity in skating improves circulation conditions, stimulates metabolism, saves power of an athlete, which promotes to improve athletic result; in addition, the active work of the toes strengthens its arch and prevents the development of platypodia in children with regular practicing skating sports.
