FIELD: power apparatus in the form of portable tools with power drive that may be used for emergency rescue works. SUBSTANCE: power apparatus includes control unit, mechanism for preventing unauthorized operation, low pressure chamber and at least one high pressure chamber having gas generating product and gas duct for releasing gases. Low-pressure chamber is connected high-pressure chamber and it includes piston joined with working organ. The last may be in the form of kit of changeable tools. Buffer may be mounted between piston and working organ. Such autonomous small size quick response power apparatus allows to control value of working effort.
