FIELD: space vehicles. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in space vehicles for creating electroreactive propulsion plants. Said plant consisting of at least one propulsion monoblock contains engine with seats, system to deliver working medium to engine, panel with electric and pneumatic connectors and working medium monoblock supply pipelines. Engine is furnished with attachment places from side of fastening of propulsion monoblock on space vehicle. System to deliver working medium and panel with electric and pneumatic connectors are located on mounting plate which is installed with clearance relative to engine and is connected with its connection places through thermal decouplers made of flow heat conduction material. System delivering working medium into engine can be furnished with at least one heater and with at least one temperature transmitter. Coating, emissivity factor not less than 0.8, can be made on mounting plate. Coating, emissivity factor not less then 0.8 can be provided on panel with electric and pneumatic connectors. Invention provides higher safety factor, efficiency of control of delivery of working medium at operation of electroreactive propulsion plant within wide range of operating temperatures.
