FIELD: heat generating plants employing heat of blow-down water. SUBSTANCE: proposed heat generating plant includes steam boilers connected with steam, feed water and blow-down water pipe lines and de-aerators; feed water de-aerators are provided with heating medium supply pipe lines. Blow-down water pipe line of steam boilers of higher working pressure is connected with heating medium supply pipe line of feed water de-aerators of steam boilers of lower working pressure.
