FIELD: methods of determination of temperature conditions of drying dispersed products. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on experimental determination of maximum temperature and duration of heating the product. Novelty of invention consists in drying each specimen of dispersed product constant temperature of drying agent but each subsequent specimen is dried at higher temperature; duration of drying is dictated by limits within which quality of product does not change as compared with standard values. Then graph of dependence of logarithm of product of absolute temperature of drying agent by maximum duration of treatment is plotted on basis of data thus obtained. This graph is used for determination of field of permissible temperature conditions and form of functional coupling.
