FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for determination of duration of convection drying of disperse products in case of temperature mode variation and may be used in food, chemical and other industries, and also in scientific research in development of new technology and procedure of drying. Method for determination of duration of convection drying of disperse products in case of temperature mode variation is characterised by the fact that it provides for experimental definition of disperse product drying duration from initial moisture content to final one at two temperature modes by means of drying curves taking and calculation of drying duration in the same range of moisture content in case of any other third temperature mode according to ratio: where τk1 is duration of drying at absolute temperature of drying gas equal to Tc1, s; τk2 is duration of drying at absolute temperature of drying gas equal to Tc2, s; τk is duration of drying in case of temperature mode variation and establishment of absolute temperature of drying gas equal to Tc, s.

EFFECT: reduction of scope of experimental research during study of drying kinetics, definition of drying duration in case of temperature mode variation or required value of drying agent temperature in case it is necessary to change duration (efficiency) of process.
