SUBSTANCE: meter includes power source of current, converters of current, voltage, specific conductivity to analog signals and units processing measurement results and converting them to signal of metallization area. Characteristic feature of meter lies in usage of channel measuring area of anode and of second voltage divider correcting results of measurement of metallization area.
