FIELD: medicine, neurophysiology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for express-diagnosis of hyper-β-endorphinism in cerebrospinal fluid. The cerebrospinal fluid sample is crystallized by drying at T = +18-20 C for 1-1.5 h and the preparation is analyzed under polarized light with quartz compensator. Hyper-β-endorphinism is diagnosed in the case of presence of crystals as grains, spherulites, dendrite-branched spherulites, dendrites and radiant aggregates in the preparation.
