FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to ophthalmology, morbid physiology, and can be used for differential diagnostics of a stage of diabetic retinopathy. For realisation of the method place the biological test system consisting of a mix of water solutions of amino acids, dopamine, DNA sodium salt and sulfurous magnesia on a glass plate. The glasses are kept on the closed eyes, then the preparation is dried, investigated in polarised light with the quartz jack and at presence in test of crystals: grains and spheroliths of the unrestrained form diagnose the I retinopathy stage, mosaics from grains and relic spheroliths defines the II retinopathy stage, insular units from grains and relic spheroliths diagnose the III retinopathy stage. The method is simple in execution, is informative, has no by-effects.
EFFECT: provides possibility of the express diagnostics of diabetic retinopathy stages.
