FIELD: short-range radiolocation, specifically, pulse-Doppler information-measurement systems operating under active conditions. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in provision of autonomous information systems with capability to recognize slightly contrast means against artificial and natural broadband distributed noises and in provision of autonomous information systems with high noise immunity beyond limits of operating range. To achieve it coherent-pulse radar has transmitting unit incorporating noise generator, self-excited oscillator, unidirectional valve, preamplifier, directional coupler, power amplifier, key circuit and transmitting antenna connected in series as well as pulse modulator connected to key circuit. Receiving unit includes receiving antenna, low-noise amplifier, balance mixer, band-pass filter and analyzer connected in series. Directional coupler of transmitting unit is also connected to balance mixer. Regressive or neurocirculatory section is utilized as analyzer in receiving unit.
