Abstract RU 2230383 C2

FIELD: high-voltage vacuum switching units. SUBSTANCE: proposed vacuum switch is designed for commutation of electric networks in electric and radio engineering equipment under load. Contact group of vacuum switch is made of two rod immobile contacts arranged in parallel relative one another, in diametrical opposition and equidistantly from its longitudinal axis. Hemispherical contacting surfaces of immobile contacts contact mobile contact coming in the form of flat disk made of arc-resistant material ill-welded in vacuum, for instance, from molybdenum. Its contacting plane is positioned perpendicular to longitudinal axes of each immobile contact and is located on guiding rod for movement and self-adjustment with reference to points of contact with immobile contacts. They displace one relative another because of manufacturing tolerance and mobile contact rotates around guiding rod. With this in mind hole in mobile disk contact has hole of bigger diameter as compared with diameter of outer surface of guiding rod by half-thickness of disk mobile contact and inner surface of it is rounded by radius equal to its half-thickness. Apart from this vacuum switch is equipped with cup-shaped electrode positioned concentric with regard to inner surface of metal-dielectric jacket and fitted snugly against outer lead-out or built as single unit with it. Above-mentioned electrode functions at same time as protective screen preventing deposition of sputtered material from contact surfaces in process of current commutation on surfaces of dielectric parts located in vacuumed jacked as current conductor between outer lead-out and first immobile contact anchored on cup-shaped electrode.
