SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preventing and treating acute and chronic diseases of urinary system complicated with sexual function disorders at prostatitis, prostatic adenoma I-II degree, cystitis, urethritis, sexual weakness, adnexitis, neuritis, radiculoneuritis. The method in question deals with providing the contact of skin surface with wool material for complex mechanic, electrical and heat impacts. Moreover, one should apply single fragments of wool material fixed at internal side of underwear made of electroneutral material from the side of patient's back and stomach by providing the contact of fragments simultaneously with several nearly located reflexogenically connected areas - lumbosacral area, perineum, bladder's area and ileum areas. Underwear should be worn constantly for 25-40 d at intervals to take care of it. The method enables to shorten therapy duration course due to complex impact upon all physiologically connected areas.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of prophylaxis.
