FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used in complex restorative treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis. Method involves subcutaneous introduction into a lymphatic vessel located in a projection of an external inguinal canal, longidase 3000 IU, dissolved in 5 ml of sterile saline, and then after 3 minutes of the antibiotic cefazolin in 0.5 % novocaine 5 ml, daily in the morning, course of 8 procedures, balneotherapy and pelotherapy. Additionally, one hour after the longidase and cefazolin injections, a session of vacuum aspiration and electric stimulation is performed by means of the Intraton-5 apparatus in course of 10 daily sessions of 10 minutes each. In 30 minutes after the session, prostate massage is performed in course of 10 procedures daily. Low-mineralization carbon dioxide-hydrocarbonate-sulphate sodium-calcium water 300 ml three times day 40 minutes before meals for 21 days. Baths with carbon dioxide-hydrocarbonate-sulphate sodium-calcium water of low mineralization with temperature of 37 °C are used with duration of 15 minutes, in amount of 9 procedures per course every second day, alternating with applications of sulphide silt mud on panties with temperature of 40 °C, exposure of 15 minutes, 9 procedures per course every second day and phytomicroclysters with mineral water in amount of 9 procedures every second day, wherein the phytomicroclysters are performed 30 minutes after the pelotherapy procedure. Therapeutic exercises include 7 exercises for training pelvic floor muscles for 15 minutes 2 times a day, not earlier than 2 hours after meals, daily for 21 days. After each gymnastics session, the patient performs point self-massage of two acupuncture points, a corporeal point on the posterior median meridian VC1 and a corporeal point on the anterior median meridian VG1 by circular pressing clockwise and counterclockwise for 30 seconds with fingertips successively, acting for 1 minute on each point.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to accelerate metabolic biochemical reactions, improve microcirculation, drainage of excretory ducts of the prostate, which provides more complete restoration of its function, allows to significantly reduce intensity of pain syndrome, and accordingly, improves patient’s quality of life and efficiency of rehabilitation treatment in general.
