FIELD: medicine, afferent therapy.
SUBSTANCE: before blood sampling one should inject intravenously about 50-70 U/kg heparin, sample venous blood at the quantity of 2-4 ml/kg patient's body weight, perform ultraviolet irradiation of sampled blood at average irradiation dosage being 1 J/sq. cm, area of cuvette's irradiated surface corresponds to 30 sq. cm, then twice weekly one should conduct discrete blood plasmapheresis , moreover, the rate of blood sampling corresponds to 25-40 ml/min, and plasma extraction per a procedure corresponds to 8-10 ml/kg. Simultaneously, it is necessary to introduce angioprotectors for a patient. The present innovation enables to increase efficiency of therapy in case of deep thrombosis of inferior limbs, accelerate the process of recanalization and prevent the development of trophic disorders before the period of recanalization.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
