FIELD: medicine, namely, methods for treatment of acute venous thrombosis of inferior limbs.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, photosensitizer is injected intravenously into system of patient in dose of 0,1 mg of drug for each 1 kg of weight of patient. Operation of venous vessels of inferior limbs is evaluated visually by means of bio-photometer. Zones with greatest accumulation of injected photo-sensitizer are detected in venous vessels of inferior limbs, which are then affected during 7-15 minutes by laser radiation with wave length λ=660 nm, radiation power ranging from 1,8 to 2,2 Wt/cm2 and radiation dosage ranging from 60 to 200 J.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment of acute venous thrombosis of inferior limbs due to accelerated stage of recanalization of injured vascular venous segment of inferior limbs, increased results of both conservative treatment and earlier pre-operation preparation of patients with full-grown secondary lymphovenous insufficiency of inferior limbs.
