FIELD: Film evaporating apparatuses may be used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a film evaporating apparatus used for concentrating solutions of thermolabile compounds, including solutions of the compounds or their admixtures, that are not susceptible to high temperatures in liquid aggregate state. It may be used for evaporation of solutions in pharmaceutical, chemical and other adjacent industries. Substance of the invention: the film evaporating apparatus contains the vertical housing, the heat exchanger made in the form of a bundle of heating pipes vertically located it the housing of the apparatus, that are fixed in the upper and the lower parts of the apparatus in pipe plates; a system of feeding of the heat-carrying agent in the inter-pipe space of heat-exchanger; a system of waste heat-carrying agent withdrawal; a system of delivery of the initial liquid and removal of the evaporated product; a system of withdrawal of the vapor-liquid mixture; a gas distributing lattice; a system of the inert gas feeding the in the gas distributing lattice. The gas distributing lattice is mounted under the lower pipe board and consists of top and bottom plates linked to each other by pipes for the concentrated product passing and in the lower plate of the gas distributing lattices there are apertures for delivery of the inert gas into the pipes of the heat exchanger. The invention allows to increase profitability of the installation operation at the expense of an intensification of heat exchanging processes, to conduct treatment of solutions of thermolabile products up to the higher values of concentration.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the cost-effective operation of the installation and conduct treatment of solutions of thermolabile products up to the higher values of concentration.
