FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a control unit for checking integrity of the tear-away occluding devices, that is interacting with a packing material, that has a multilayer structure containing at least one current-conductive sheet of a barrier material, opposite sides of which are coated with the corresponding layers of a heat-sealing plastic material. At that each occluding device has a sheet type superimposed element made out of a heat-sealing plastic material and superimposed so that to stop a corresponding aperture on the surface of the packing material, which later on forms the internal surface of the packing. At that the tear-away tab also made out of the heat-sealing plastic material, imposed on the opposite surface of the packing material and welded to the superimposed element contains at least one contacting surface with the working electric potential, interacting with the packing material on the superimposed elements with formation of one plate of a capacitor. The other plate of the capacitor is formed by a sheet of the barrier material, dielectric of which is formed by a heat-sealing plastic material of the superimposed elements and a layer of the packing material located between the sheet of the barrier material and the superimposed elements. At that a detection mean connected with the contacting surface and with the sheet of the barrier material of the packing material is intended for definition of electrical value depending on changes of dielectric resistance of the dielectric of the capacitor and so for detection of availability of any microapertures in the superimposed elements. The offered device ensures check of quality of installation of the occluding devices on the packing material and the supervisory control over operation of the packing machine.
EFFECT: the invention ensures check of quality of installation of the occluding devices on the packing material and the supervisory control over operation of the packing machine.
