FIELD: transport engineering; railless vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stabilizer designed for passenger cars with trailers consists of pole with hydraulic shock absorbers connected with ball head of car coupler gear. Bushing is installed for rotation on trailer pole. It engages by its end face surfaces with plates. One of plates is rigidly secured on pole and the other is installed for movement in longitudinal plane and is spring-loaded relative to pole. Bushing is provided with two through holes over periphery in which spring-loaded cylindrical rods are fitted, said rods being separately hinge-coupled with one of pair of car coupler gear ball heads. End face surfaces of bushing and inner surfaces of its holes can be coated with friction material.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of damping of trailer spatial oscillations.
