FIELD: packing products, particularly multi-layer packing structures.

SUBSTANCE: packing structure has rigidity of at least 100 mN and includes intermediate layer of expanded polymeric material. Layer of gas-barrier material is connected to each intermediate layer side. Gas-barrier material has oxygen permeability of not more than 2000 sm³/m² under 23^oC temperature and relative humidity of 0% per 1 micrometer of material thickness during 24 hours under 1 atm pressure. Expanded polymeric material includes the first rigid component and the second, pliable, component. Methods of multi-layer packing structure and packing container production are also disclosed. Containers are particularly formed by blown extrusion.

EFFECT: provision of gas-barrier and high stress-strain properties, particularly high rigidity and low weight.
