FIELD: refrigerating plants for cooling products with cryogenic fluid. SUBSTANCE: liquid cooling agent is taken from reservoir and is fed to heat exchanger through pipe line fitted with shut-off valve; cooling agent is heated in heat exchanger and is evaporated by heat of medium contained in chamber. Cooling agent is directed to chamber by common flow which is then divided into two separate flows having parallel sections over entire perimeter of chamber. Vapor-and-liquid mixture thus formed is fed inside chamber by means of atomizers towards heat exchanger in parallel jets under pressure, transversely and in parallel with ceiling of chamber towards colder common flow of cooling agent. "Hot" end of heat exchanger is located opposite "cold" end of manifold. Thus working mixture formed in chamber is circulated transversely; circulation is closed and unidirectional. Atomizers of distributing manifold are made in form of ejectors. Each ejector has one central active nozzle connected to cooler source of cooling agent and at least one active peripheral nozzle connected to manifold. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 10 cl, 7 dwg
