FIELD: metal-protection coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing steel lining using alumina-containing metallurgical enterprise waste, which may be employed for industrial enameling. Objective of invention is to create steel lining with firing temperature 820-850оС and reduced amount of expensive CoO, NiO, and MnO at the same adhesion strength and quality of coating. Steel lining of invention, comprising SiO2, B2O3, Na2O, CoO, NiO, MnO2, CaO, K2O, Fe2O3, and F-, additionally contains alumina-containing waste from Belokalitvinsk metallurgical works composed of, wt %: SiO2 14,14, Al2O3 72.23, Na2O 1.43, K2O 2.22, MgO 5.45, MnO2 0.91, CaO 1.67, and Fe2O3 1.95 so that final composition of lining is the following, wt %: SiO2 42.0-48.0, alumina-containing waste 7,0-9.6, B2O3 17.0-21.0, Na2O 17.0-20.4, CoO 0.2-0.6, NiO 0.3-0.9, MnO2 0.3-0.7, MgO 1.0-1.6, CaO 4.6-7.0, K2O 0.1-0.3, Fe2O3 0.1-0.3, and F- no more than 3 above 100%.
EFFECT: reduced expenses on starting materials.
