FIELD: protecting materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials used for protection of metals against corrosion. Invention proposes variants of enamel composites comprising oxides of silicon, sodium, boron, aluminum, calcium, cobalt, manganese and iron and fluorine also and comprising additionally oxides of lithium, potassium and magnesium or oxides of lithium, chrome and vanadium in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: SiO2, 37-47; Na2O, 17-22; B2O3, 14-21; Al2O3, 5-8; CaO, 1-3; Co2O3, 0.6-0.9; MnO, 1.0-2.5; Fe2O3, 1.5-3.0; Li2O, 0.8-2.0; K2O, 0.5-3.0; MgO, 0.15-2.0, and F, 0.5-3.0; or SiO2, 37-51; Na2O. 16-24; B2O3, 17-22; Al2O3, 5-10; CaO, 1-5; Co2O3, 1.1-1.6; MnO, 1-3; Fe2O3, 2-4; Li2O, 1-2; Cr2O3, 1-3; V2O3, 1-4, and F, 1-4. As charge materials in alloying enamel method involves cobalt and aluminum-chrome concentrates from technogenic waste of the following composition, wt.-%: Co2O3, 45-80; MnO, 0.05-6.0; Fe2O3, 2-12; SiO2, 6-24; Al2O3, 3-12; CaO, 2-8; Na2O, 3-11; Cr2O3, 0.05-6.0, and Al2O3, 60-75; Cr2O3, 10-20; SiO2, 2-8; K2O, 2-5; Fe2O3, 0.05-3.0, respectively. Invention provides the development of enamels and covers made of them showing high complex of technological, mechanical and exploitation properties, among them acid-resistance and abrasive resistance. Invention can be used in manufacturing silicate enamels for steel carbonaceous (below 0.5% of carbon) articles for domestic and technical designation.
