FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry.
SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is to create a lacquer composition and a method for obtaining lacquering capable of forming uniform corrosion-resistant coating on the surfaces of high-profiled aluminum alloy waveguide appliances even when different operations are separated from each other in time. Composition represents 68 +/- 2% solution of maleylated polybutadiene in diacetone and isopropyl alcohols modified with phenol resin, to which 25% aqueous ammonia and 1:1 isopropyl alcohol/water mixture is added, proportions of components being the following: lacquer 50-100 g/l, 23% aqueous ammonia 3-6 g/l, and isopropyl alcohol/water mixture to 1 l. pH of composition is 6.5-7.5. Waveguide appliances are lacquered by performing following operations: etching, washing in hot running water, clarification, washing in cold running water, chemical degreasing, washing in cold running water, laying above-defined lacquer composition by simple immersion for 2-4 min at 15-35оС, removal from lacquer composition, immersion for 1-3 min into activated composition solution (1 ml/l orthophosphoric acid + 0.1 g/l auxiliary surfactant OP-7 or OP-10), re-immersion into lacquer composition for 2-4 min at 15-35оС, removal from lacquer composition, washing in cold running water, removal of moisture, and thermal hardening at 125-180оС for at least 1 h.
EFFECT: enabled formation of anticorrosive coating resistant against various heavy-duty conditions.
