FIELD: lacquer composition and method for production of protective coat on complex-shaped copper alloy-based guides.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains lacquer as film forming agent, in particular 68±2 % solution of maleinized polybutadiene, modified with phenol resin in diaceton and isopropyl alcohol with addition of 25 % aqueous ammonia and mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Claimed method includes: chemical degreasing, washing in hot flowing water, etching, washing in cold flowing water, passivation in solution containing 1.5 ml/g of orthophosphoric acid and as auxiliary component 10 g/l of polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ester for 20-40 s at 15-35oC and drying in air to remove drop moisture, washing in cold flowing water, composition coating at 15-35oC by dipping 3-5 min, washing in cold flowing water, and drying at 125-180oC for not less than 0.5 h.
EFFECT: rust-preventing coat with excellent strength in various aggressive media after passivated film drying.
