Invention proposes a method for enhancing resistance or tolerance against plant nematodes and its progeny that provides integration of gene encoding the fused protein into genome of this plant. Also, invention provides the DNA construction encoding the indicated fused protein and a fused protein enhancing the resistance or tolerance against plant nematodes and its progeny. Invention provides preparing nematode-resistant plants that are able to transfer this resistance trait to their progeny.
