Invention involves construction of the biological functional expression vector that carries a chimeric gene comprising promoter associated functionally with a nucleotide sequence that encodes the combination of α- and β-domains of maize inactivating mature protein RIP. Then method involves carrying out the transformation of the plant. Invention provides effective removal of required cells in the plant organism.
