FIELD: metallurgy and power engineering industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of a reinforcement of an item made out of a casting alloy based on a nickel. The method is dealt with metallurgy and engineering industry and may be used in aircraft and power engineering industries at production of gas turbines casting vanes made out of heat-resistant nickel alloys and other items used in the gas-turbine engines hot section. The offered method provides for a reinforcement of an item made out of a casting alloy on a nickel based with reinforcing √ phase, having the equiaxial or directional structure, heating of an item to temperature of the beginning of dissolution of the √ phase, aggregate exposure and refrigerating with a given speed. At that before heating the surface of the item is applied with a coating made out of the alloy on a base of nickel containing in addition tantalum and-or rhenium in a quantity of 2-30 mass %. The heating, aggregate exposure and refrigerating are conducted in the mode of quenching of the casting alloy on a nickel base with reinforcing √ phase. Technical result is an increase of the strength and durability of the alloy due to the thermal stability of √ phase at operating temperatures.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the strength and durability of the alloy.
