SUBSTANCE: cast heat resistant alloy on base of nickel has following chemical composition, wt %: chromium 7.8-9.0, tungsten 1.0-3.2, aluminium 5.0-5.8, titanium 3.1-4.1, cobalt 9.5-12.5, zirconium 0.01-0.05, boron 0.008-0.04, carbon 0.08-0.16, molybdenum 2.8-4.2, cerium 0.002-0.02, yttrium 0.0015-0.01, calcium 0.001-0.01, lanthanum 0.002-0.02, tantalum 2.0-3.4, magnesium 0.001-0.01, nickel - the rest.
EFFECT: production of alloy with poly-crystal equiaxed structure and low density possessing higher characteristics of long-term strength and plasticity.
