FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to manufacture of nickel-based cast heat resistant alloys. Alloy, wt %: chrome - 4.0-6.0; cobalt - 8.0-11.0; molybdenum - 2.5-3.5; wolfram - 6.0-8.0; aluminium - 5.4-6.2; carbon - 0.05-0.16; boron - 0.008-0.04; zirconium - 0.01-0.05; titanium - 0.5-2.5; cerium - 0.002-0.02; yttrium - 0.001-0.01; lanthanum - 0.002-0.02; rhenium - 1.0-2.0; tantalum - 4.0-6.0; nickel - the rest. The product made from the named alloy, can have polycrystalline or monocrystalline structure.
EFFECT: improvement of characteristics of phase stability, improvement of long-term strength and plasticity.
