FIELD: boring equipment engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has body with claws and roller hits moveably fixed on pins of said claws, roller hits having rock-destroying teeth. On side surface of claws on the side of direction of rotation slanting blades are made, which open additional spaces for ascending flows of washing fluid and, in themselves, providing for, in case of chisel rotation, creation of additional orderly ascending flows in turn providing for acceleration of sludge evacuation from pit-face area. Surface of slanting blades is made rectilinear with slanting angle α relatively to plane passing through pin axis and boring cutter axis in parallel to the latter, said angle lying between 28° 32°, said rectilinear surface is also slanting with angle β to edge of intersection of blade and surface of claw back, which angle is between 0°26°.
EFFECT: simple and reliable construction of boring cutter.
