FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cone rock bit for drilling wells in soft and medium- hard rocks. Drill cone rock bit comprises hollow case made by lugs with inclined trunnions on which there are installed conical cutter with skewed milled or cast teeth and flushing unit. Drilling bit leg are provided with inclined through slime channels connecting the up-cone rock cavity with casing space, and central part of the bit is equipped with ejection nozzles, outlet ends of which are arranged in the cavity of through sludge channels, and the inlet ends - in the cavity of the bit case. Inclination angle of teeth α relative to generatrix of the roller cutter and angle of inclination of the sludge channel β in relation to the axis of rotation of the bit are connected by a certain ratio, wherein the smaller angle of inclination of sludge channel β corresponds to the large values of inclination angle of teeth α and bit rotational speed.
EFFECT: technical result provides increasing of efficiency of drill bit operation.
