FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for connecting shafts of drive with compensation of misalignment of shaft axes up to 2 degrees with disengagement of drive and its engagement manually in state position. Proposed clutch consists of housing accommodating driving and driven gear wheels connected by gear bushing. Driving gear wheel is connected with shaft by key, and driven gear wheel is provided with two gear rims and it freely turns on driven shaft when clutch is disengaged. Gear bushing is connected with first rim of driven wheel, and with second rim gear carriage is connected when clutch is engaged. With clutch disengaged, carriage is shifted along splines of driven shaft from second gear rim by turn of lever, and lever is fixed. Meshing of teeth at engaging of clutch is provided owing to the fact that teeth are made on end face of two rim gear wheel and on end face of shifted gear carriage as extensions of available teeth, and single tooth is provided. Said single tooth is also extension of one of available teeth. Teeth on end face are provided with chamfers in contact with chamfers of single tooth. Screw channels of opposite helix are made for lubrication. Said channels are found on surface of contact of two rim gear wheel with shaft.
EFFECT: possibility of manual engagement and disengagement of drive, provision of reliability and long service without repair and maintenance.
