FIELD: dust binding units; precipitation of dust on dusting surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: dust binding unit includes cylindrical casing, two cone-shaped bell mouths adjoining both end faces of casing; bell mouth is provided with fan and pneumohydraulic injector on one side; on other side, injector-mist former and water and compressed air supply passages are provided. Proposed unit is provided with heater-reservoir filled with bio-adhesive solution, injectors-dispersers, system supplying solution to injectors-dispersers mounted in parallel with pneumohydraulic and mist-forming injectors. Sapropel used as bio-adhesive solution form bound structure in upper layer of coat which possesses adequate strength and wind and water resistance, as well as temperature resistance; besides that, it facilitates growth of plants.
