FIELD: measurement technology, increment aids measuring linear movements.
SUBSTANCE: photoelectrical increment raster converter has case, raster matching unit comprising measurement and indication rasters with radiators and photodetectors, measurement rod, guiding bar, platform anchored on measurement rod, holder with adjuster of its position. Holder has groove arranged in parallel with working surfaces of measurement and indication rasters, adjuster of position of holder is installed between case and holder and comes in the form of cylinder housing adjustment element with flange matched to groove in holder. Platform has limiter of turn made in the form of groove located on line of connection of measurement rod and guiding bar matched to groove of limiter. Guiding bar has eccentric protrusion.
EFFECT: simplified adjustment, raised functional reliability of converter, enhanced accuracy of control and linking of raster match.
