FIELD: optics, applicable for determination of angular co-ordinates of various objects, for example, as a component of optical information-measurement systems.
SUBSTANCE: use is made of an absorbing wedge and a rotary wedge located in succession in the optical axis, the transmission gradient of the absorbing wedge is parallel with the X-axis of the focal plane of the focusing receiving optical system, and the gradient of the angle of turn of the plane of polarization of the rotary wedge is parallel with the Y-axis of the focal plane of the focusing receiving optical system.
EFFECT: enhanced service properties due to enhanced speed of response by providing the reception of monopulse signals and by simultaneous determination of two co-ordinates of the focused spot of the received optical radiation on the focal plane of the receiving optical system.
