FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device for carrying out a method of detecting optical and optoelectronic devices by scanning probed space comprises a transmitting unit in the form of an illumination channel with laser emitters, optically interfaced with a laser radiation generating telescope. A receiving unit is in the form of a two-channel system for constructing s- and p-polarised images and configured to perform separate recording of s- and p-polarised images, and varying inter-axial distance between channels and assembling.
EFFECT: high efficiency of detecting devices by improving noise-immunity, reducing the amount of information processing, faster operation and simpler information processing, high accuracy of determining coordinates of detected targets; enabling production of compact light-weight mobile handheld devices for detecting optical and optoelectronic devices.
