FIELD: optical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use as element of optical decoupling. It is meant to increase reliability of acousooptical valve thanks to provision for suppression of reverse ray with frequency not equal to frequency of direct ray and for expansion of functional capabilities due to provision for measurement of radial velocity of probed object. Salient feature of invention lies in heterodyne reception of reverse ray ( part of direct ray reflected from ray splitter is used in the capacity of heterodyne ray ), in determination of difference between frequencies of direct and reverse rays and in such correction of frequency of acoustic wave excited in acousooptical Bragg modulator that constancy of frequency of reverse ray incident on Fabry-Perot interferometer is provided. As result suppression of reverse ray is ensured with maximum efficiency independent of radial velocity of located object. Signal from output of photodetector carrying component with frequency equal to difference between frequencies of direct and reverse ray can be used for determination of radial velocity of located object which expands functional capabilities of acousooptical equipment. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of optical equipment incorporating acousooptical valve. 1 dwg
