SUBSTANCE: plurality of abutting surfaces with balls is provided in mouse base; angles between abutting surfaces make it possible to vary position of body relative to static plane; in addition mentioned angles depend on ball-to-ball distance, ball size, and lower diameter at base, each mentioned angle being chosen so as to prevent seizure between balls held idle in the course of user operation with mouse and static plane.
EFFECT: enlarged number of degrees of freedom for mouse movement.
