SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with newly introduced bus in the form of helical pair, N temperature sensors installed at definite point of radiators and provided with MicroLAN Interface, adapter for matching serial Interface of arithmetic-and-logic unit with MicroLAN bus, all inserted into interconnections of second-pulse generator connected to input of hour and minute generator, to clock generator, to arithmetic-and-logic unit, to random-access and read-only units.
