FIELD: nuclear engineering; jointing pipelines in fusion reactors.
SUBSTANCE: pipeline joint has pipe communicating on one end with channel provided in block and joined with its pipeline; other end of pipe is fitted with plug and is disposed in module channel. Pipeline joint also has sleeves with central bores mounted one in other for separation, female sleeve being mounted in block, spring-loaded in radial direction, and communicating with block channel through its bore. Male sleeve is secured in cavity made in module coaxially with its channel that forms, together with inner space of male sleeve, bypass chamber accommodating tube coaxially disposed therein for axial displacement. Tube is provided with slits on side surface and tip facing female sleeve that has annular spherical projection around central bore passed through central bore of male sleeve to form plastic wedge joint together with tip. Bypass chamber communicates with module pipeline through channel provided on side wall of module space. Proposed joint provides for easy separation of header block and blanket module pipelines, remote jointing of pipelines, and also for organization of coolant flow in any desired direction.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of reactor.
