FIELD: electrical engineering, technology of production of high-temperature superconducting articles.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with invention first cylindrical specimen from mixture containing Si 70% and Cu 30% is formed, heat-treated in oxygen-carrying atmosphere. Then specimen is placed into capsule, vacuum-treated to 1000-2000 Pa, measurement conductors are brought out of capsule, air is pumped out to maximum possible low pressure with subsequent sealing. According to another variant capsule with specimen is placed into ejector, temperature is lowered to specified temperature of superconducting transition, thereafter value of electric resistance is recorded with gradual decrease of pressure in exiccator till specimen changes to superconducting state. Later specimen is returned to initial position, air is pumped out of capsule to pressure beneath pressure of superconducting transition by 100 Pa at specified temperature and capsule is sealed under same pressure.
EFFECT: increased temperature of superconducting transition of article.
